PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The number of organic growers, producers and suppliers is increasing yearly but, at the moment, we may not be able to obtain specific produce each week if this is not available from the limited number of suppliers. Variations in availability may affect the price from week to week. So please be aware that product availability, the grower or supplier and price may vary from week to week, particularly with fruit and vegetables. We endeavour to keep our prices on our web page correct but you may find some small variations to price on your invoice.
At all times we try to keep our prices as low as possible.
WHEN TO PLACE AN ORDER
Orders:
Please place your order through our on-line shop or fax, email or telephone your order by MONDAY NIGHT each week please (tel/fax: 9402 3094 during office hours) as we prepare the order lists on a Tuesday.
Special meat orders:
We order our meat on a Saturday for delivery the following Thursday afternoon. Special meat orders will need to be placed by FRIDAY NIGHT each week for home delivery in two weeks' time. Therefore special meat orders cannot be delivered on the following Wednesday or Thursday after the order has been placed (as our delivery driver leaves Thursday morning) but will be delivered on the week after that. Please call us if you are not sure of what to do.
Other special orders:
Special orders, for example for MiEssence products, can be placed at any time. It takes approx 2 weeks for your order to be delivered to our shop.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
If the item is listed as available in quantities of ‘ea’ then please type in the number of that product you would like, eg 6.
If the item is listed as available in quantities of ‘kg’ then please type in the kilograms or decimal fraction of a kilogram you would like to order of that item, eg 1 for 1 kg or 0.25 for 250gm or 0.5 for 500gm and so on. Please do not use text such as 'half', 'quarter' etc. Please do not type a fraction eg 1/2 or 1/4.
The same item may be listed as available in quantities of 'kg' AND in quantites of 'ea'. This will make it easier for you to order the quantity you want. For example, you can order 6 apples OR 0.5 kg of apples.
Meat and chicken pieces are usually in approx 500 gram packs. The meat roasts are approx 1 kg packs. The whole organic chickens are approx 1.7 – 2.2 kg each while the whole free-range chickens are 1.6 kg each. All meat and chicken are frozen unless otherwise requested. Please type in the number of packs you require, eg 2 to obtain 2 approx 500gm packs of sausages, or 1 to obtain one whole chicken and so on.
If you would like a special size pack please let us know by Friday night.
If an item is not available it will have a price of $0.00.
