As soon as your order is packed we will email you an invoice, usually by the weekend of the week you receive your order.

You may choose to pay by one of the following methods:

Bank transfer:  account details: Organic N Green BSB 066 160 a/c: 10591698.  If paying by bank transfer, please put your first name and the initial of your family name and the invoice number on the bank transfer details so that we can match these to your account eg MaryB 3289. 

Cheque:  Please make cheques payable to Organic N Green. Please cut off the bottom section of your invoice and return this to us along with your cheque.

COD:  If you opt to pay by COD we will attach your invoice to your esky and you can pay our delivery driver, either by cash or cheque.

Credit Card: You may use one of the following methods:

• complete your credit card details on the bottom slip of your invoice and post this back to us.
• ring us with your credit card details which we will then shred and discard; or
• place your credit card details with us for confidential filing.  We will put through your payment on a Saturday or Sunday after you have had the opportunity to check your delivery and your invoice.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When placing your order we assume you have read the terms and conditions and agree to these.

We request payment of your invoice within 7 days please.  If there is a discrepancy in your order we request you contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We ask for a 50% deposit when you place a large special order.

We will send a Statement at the end of each month.  If an invoice is not paid within 30 days Organic n Green can no longer accept orders from that customer.   Invoices not paid after 60 days will be placed with a debt collection agency and further charges to your balance may arise from this.

Credit card details are kept confidential.  However Organic n Green can accept no liability if these details are obtained fraudulently from our shop.
