Let us offer you the stress-free convenience of shopping from your home or office and let us deliver your order to your front door or office. We will even carry it into your kitchen if you wish - but we wont have time to put them away for you I'm afraid! 

To assist your food budget we aim to provide you with organic produce and products at competitive prices with low delivery charges. 

To reassure you we state the guaranteed organic certification of each product. All fruit and vegetables and meat are guaranteed certified organic (with the exception of ham and bacon).  We have certified organic or free range chicken.  If a product is not certified this will be shown.  Instead it will state whether the product includes certified organic ingredients or none at all, eg bicarbonate of soda.  We note if a product is gluten free or has other health advantages.  If a product does not have an organic certification then you can be reassurred that we have done our best to ensure the product is not harmful to the environment and has no harmful additives or chemicals as far as we are aware.  

If you don't wish to use our on-line shop to order we are happy to accept your order over the phone or by fax or email.  Or you may like to ask for a weekly or fortnightly box of seasonal produce for a price to suit you.   Your order can be prepared for you to collect or can be delivered at a weekly interval to suit you.

When you choose organic produce it means a closer connection to the seasons and the seasonal availability of fruit, vegetables, meat and dairy items.  It also means you help the environment by helping to reduce the amount of pesticides, herbicides and other artificial chemicals in our environment and in our food chain.

When you enjoy organic produce you realise how much you have been missing the full flavour and taste of fruit and veges - it tastes like it ought to taste!

When you eat seasonal organic produce you are eating fresh fruit and vegetables with no loss of nutrients through long storage in coolrooms.

When you are exposed to pesticides and certain chemicals in our food, homes and gardens this can weaken your immune systems, causing allergies and impairing our physical and mental health. Food additives, artificial colourings and flavourings in food and drink are thought to contribute to hyperactivity and other medical conditions in young children.

When you shop with us you are supporting local WA organic growers.  We do our best to source our products from WA if at all possible.  Not only to participate in the development of organic production in this State but to also reduce the energy required for long distance transportation and storage and to ensure our products are as fresh as possible.
