By placing an order with Organic n Green you agree and accept our terms and conditions.

Organic n Green reserves the right to alter prices at any time due to market fluctuations. 

We make every effort to ensure the information on our website is correct and up to date. We apologise if any errors occur but we do not guarantee that the price of products will remain static nor that changes to prices will not occur after updating of our website.  Such price changes will be reflected in your invoice.   When you order through our on-line shop you do so in the knowledge that the web price and invoice price for an item may vary.   However, Organic n Green is happy to have any item returned unopened and in good order to obtain a store credit if the price difference is not acceptable to you.

Invoices are usually e-mailed to you at the end of the week of your delivery.  Invoices can also be faxed if requested.  COD can be arranged under special circumstances and in these cases an invoice will be provided on delivery.  Organic n Green can inform you of the invoice balance prior to delivery if requested. 

We request payment of invoices within 7 days please if you are not paying COD.  Invoices can be paid by cash, cheque, credit card or bank transfer.  Bank transfer is our preferred option and our bank account details are shown on our invoice.

REFUNDS

We select the freshest and highest quality produce. If there is a discrepancy in your order or if you have a concern with any of our products we request you contact us within 24 hours of delivery.   If a product is faulty through the handling or storage by Organic n Green we will happily refund you the total cost of the product or replace the product with the same or similar if preferred.

In the event of goods arriving damaged during our transporation we will arrange for a replacement order to be delivered or we will refund your purchase price immediately in accordance with our refund policy.

Organic n Green's maximum liability to you for products purchased from us shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price or store credit.  We will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruptions of business, loss of profits or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages, however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise except which it is unlawful to exclude.  

DELIVERY

Organic n Green will deliver to most, but not all, areas within the northern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia.  There is a delivery charge for all deliveries based on your locality.  Please check the delivery charge for your area. The delivery charge will be shown on your invoice.

The delivery day and time will depend on your area and the delivery schedule for that day.  Changes may be made to the delivery schedule each week.  Any delivery times provided by us are approximate times and may change. 

Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by Organic n Green to be authorized to receive the goods. 

Organic n Green cannot be held responsible for any damage or theft to your order when left in a designated area specified by you.

We are happy to arrange delivery by Australia Post or freight to country areas.  Australia Post deliveries will incur a postage charge plus a $5 handling charge. Freight arrangements must be made by you.  However Organic n Green is happy to deliver goods to a freight depot and complete all required documentation.  There will be a charge for this service over and above the freight charges.

We ask for a 50% deposit when you place a large special order or if you are a first-time customer from outside the metropolitan area requiring special delivery arrangements.

STATEMENTS

We distribute Statements at the end of each month.  If an invoice is not paid within 30 days Organic n Green can no longer accept orders from you.   Invoices not paid after 60 days will be placed with a debt collection agency and further charges to your balance may arise from this.

CREDIT CARDS

We are happy to accept payment by the following credit cards:  Visa and Mastercard.  Credit card details can be e-mailed, faxed, posted or phoned through to us - whichever you feel is the most appropriate for your needs.Credit card details are kept confidential.  However Organic n Green can accept no liability if these details are obtained fraudulently from our shop or internal database.

PRIVACY

The information you provide to us will only be used for the purposes of, and in relation to, your ordering of produce or products from Organic n Green. Organic n Green will not provide, by commercial arrangement or otherwise, your personal information to any other person or organisation except in the following cases: when authorised in writing by you to do so; where required or authorised by law to government and regulatory authorities; for credit reporting and fraud-checking agencies or to your authorised representatives  (e.g. legal representatives).
