Do I have to be at home when you deliver?

No, as long as we can leave the foam box somewhere safe, you don’t have to be at home when we deliver. Fruit and veg stays fresh in the box for a few hours and the box is sealed with tape. If you’ve ordered meat or dairy produce though we do prefer to deliver to you in person to reduce the risk of the meat defrosting or the dairy going off.

Can you tell me what time you will make the delivery?

We can give you an approximate time (morning or afternoon). If you’d like us to deliver at a specific time please add this into the comments section when you place the order and we’ll see what we can do.

What’s the cut-off time for ordering?

Generally it’s 6pm the day before, but if you have missed this deadline, please place your order anyway and we’ll do our best to fit you in. If this isn’t possible we’ll always call you to arrange an alternative delivery time.

Can I come and collect my order from you?

Sorry but we don’t have a shop premises where customers can come to.

I live in country WA. Can I order through you?

Certainly! We already do this for several of our customer. We deliver to WA transport companies in Perth such as Centurion, Toll or Nexus Freight. The produce is then transported to you in refrigerated chiller trucks. Please contact us so we can find the best way to organise things.

Can I customise the mixed boxes?

Our mixed boxes offer variety of seasonal organic produce at the best price. To make this possible, we can’t allow you to choose what you want in the box, but we can make sure you don’t receive anything you dislike. When placing your order, just add a comment with your dislikes and we’ll do the rest.

What’s the minimum order amount?

Minimum order amount is $45 plus delivery fees.

Do I have to order every week?

No, when you order and how often you order is totally up to you. But if you do order each week and you don’t want the hassle of logging on to the Organic n Green website you can set up a standing order with us.
