By placing an order with Organic n Green you agree and accept our terms and conditions.

Organic n Green reserves the right to alter prices at any time due to market fluctuations.

We make every effort to ensure the information on our website is correct and up to date. We apologise if any errors occur but we do not guarantee that the price of products will remain static nor that changes to prices will not occur after updating of our website.  Such price changes will be reflected in your invoice.   When you order through our on-line shop you do so in the knowledge that the web price and invoice price for an item may vary.   However, Organic n Green is happy to have any item returned unopened and in good order to obtain a store credit if the price difference is not acceptable to you.

We request payment prior to delivery.  Payment can be by credit card.

REFUNDS

We select the freshest and highest quality produce. If there is a discrepancy in your order or if you have a concern with any of our products we request you contact us within 24 hours of delivery.   If a product is faulty through the handling or storage by Organic n Green we will happily refund you the total cost of the product or replace the product with the same or similar if preferred.

In the event of goods arriving damaged during our transporation we will arrange for a replacement order to be delivered or we will refund your purchase price immediately in accordance with our refund policy.

Organic n Green's maximum liability to you for products purchased from us shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price or store credit.  We will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruptions of business, loss of profits or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages, however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise except which it is unlawful to exclude.

DELIVERY

Organic n Green will deliver to most suburbs within Perth, Western Australia.  Delivery charges vary depending on the delivery location. The delivery charge will be shown on your invoice. If your order is over a certain amount you may qualify for FREE delivery. Check our delivery locations to see the order amount which qualifies for free delivery in your area. If you are eligble for free delivery, the delivery charge will be manually deduced from your order when the payment is processed.

The delivery day and time will depend on your area and the delivery schedule for that day.  Changes may be made to the delivery schedule each week.  Any delivery times provided by us are approximate times and may change.

Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by Organic n Green to be authorized to receive the goods.

Organic n Green cannot be held responsible for any damage or theft to your order when left in a designated area specified by you.

The FIRST time you order with Organic n Green an additional $5 charge will be added to your order. This a refundable deposit on the foam box your produce is delivered in. You must leave the foam box out each time you reorder so we can swap the boxes over. Failure to do this may incur an additonal $5 charge. If at any time you wish to stop ordering from Organic n Green you must send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it informing us of this, leave the foam box out somewhere accessible and safe, and we will return to collect the box and refund you the $5 deposit.

The information you provide to us will only be used for the purposes of, and in relation to, your ordering of produce or products from Organic n Green. Organic n Green will not provide, by commercial arrangement or otherwise, your personal information to any other person or organisation except in the following cases: when authorised in writing by you to do so; where required or authorised by law to government and regulatory authorities; for credit reporting and fraud-checking agencies or to your authorised representatives  (e.g. legal representatives).
